{Kitty's Gorge Adventure}

Some time ago, when the skies were a faded blue from the summer sun's heat, three of my friends and I headed out on an adventure into the bush. The trail we walked was called Kitty's Gorge Trail. It was such a beautiful way to experience God's awesome creation up-close! Even though it got very (VERY) hot, we were still able to enjoy ourselves - especially at the end of it, when we went for a swim in a natural pool (known as Serpentine Falls). To finish it off, on our drive home, we detoured through some country roads and came across a bunch of old farmhouse ruins.

The Timmer's had to say goodbye to two of their family members as they moved country so family photos were a must. It's such a good way to get everyone together one more time and make some lasting memories!

This dear family organised a photo session as a present for their Mum's birthday. The location was right next door to their house, which they have sold now, so it holds a bit of sentimental value to them. I hope you enjoy these happy faces (dog included) as much as I did!

This gorgeous little family is a little bit close to my heart. Jess and I have been friends since primary school and I've been privileged enough to take their photos while they were going out, for their engagement and a maternity session too! Now that their little girl has entered the world, I was allowed to take some family photos for them. Let me tell you - it was hard to choose just a few to share!

I've seen these two faces through the lens of my camera quite a few times before and here they are again - for a maternity shoot! This dear little bub was welcomed into the world a few weeks later in December so look out for the next blog post of their little family :)

{Bremer Bay 2016}

Over the first weekend of the New Year, I spent some time out in Bremer Bay with my lovely boyfriend and some of my dear family. It was a fabulous time, even though the weather wasn't always that great! The water down there is f r e e z i n g, but that aqua-blue colour is just amazing!!!
